How long have you been playing HL2RP?:
I played back in 2012-2013. Owned a server called SynergyRP, I left and made my co-owner the owner. I haven't played since I retired back in the summer of '13.

I've just started out, but I feel this will become my primary server.
Do you have a decent understanding of how the CCA works on our HL2RP?:
I feel that they go by most of the vanilla rules as of what I've witnessed, so Yes.
Detailed Character Backstory(3 Paragraphs or more. 1 Paragraph contains 5 Sentences):
Gerry Chester was the Sheriff of a small town in north-east Texas. He sacrificed a lot everyday so that his family may have what they needed or wanted. When the war broke out, he was overwhelmed by the amount of refugees coming into his town from the larger metropolitan area of Dallas. As he was attempting to get in touch with FEMA, one of his deputies, a boy named Devin, ran into his office and told him that "those things" had some outcasts coming into town, and about that time, "the things" walked into the Sheriff's Office and shot Devin infront of Gerry. Gerry considers that the boy saved his life, but really, Devin never did anything with his life except become a cop, and Gerry didn't want people to remember the bad things, but the good things.
Gerry was raised in a small town, same town he became sheriff in. He was raised in a very poor household. His family attempted to do what they could for him, but it still wasn't enough to keep him fed everyday, or bathed everynight. He decided that education was key to become what you wanted, and he was correct. Thanks to his good grades, he attended College Station. He studied Law, but after getting his degree, he didn't want to use it. He went back home after graduating due to his mothers deteriorating health, and stayed with her until she passed. He then demolished the family home, and rebuilt a beautiful two-story ranch home for himself and became a deputy in town.
Gerry got married a few months after finishing his home to a beautiful woman named Claire. She was a interior home designer from Dallas, who wanted to try out the small city life. They got married at the local church, and 2 years later, they had a son named Raul. Raul was a smart kid, whom had enlisted in the Armed Forces just months before the "7-Hour War." He hasn't seen nor heard from his son nor wife since the war. He continues to search for them, but knows he will never find them again.
Explain your duties as a CCA RCT/05:
Do as you are told by your superiors, report suspicious behavior, patrol, etc.
Please provide a detailed RP scenario of you arresting a citizen! (You choose the reason for arrest and the punishment! You may make up your digits and the citizen's name.(CCA-XXXX XXX.XXXXX)
John has fallen off a ledge after attempting suicide.
John: God damn it! Someone shoot me! I can't do anything right!
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 comes running up to the scene.
CCA-HELIX-05-32323: What happened here, sir?
John: I was attempting suicide and couldn't even do that right, just shoot me, please!
CCA-HELIX-05-32323: Sir, you attempted suicide?
John: Yes, I'm tired of you god damn idiots running everything in my life, just end it already, please!
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 talks into his radio, "I have a malignant citizen, further orders?"
CCA-HELIX-DvL-32324 replies to the radio, "Bring him in for questioning and possible amputation."
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 replies to the radio, "Copy, inbound."
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 tells the citizen, "Sir, please turn over."
John: I'm not doing anything for you.
CCA-HELIX-05-32323: Sir, final warning, turn around or I will forcefully put you to sleep.
John: I dare yas!
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 pulls his stunstick switching it to the on position and beating the citizen senseless until he has blacked out.
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 then proceeds to tie the citizen and searches his pockets for contraband.
CCA-HELIX-05-32323 carries the citizen back to HQ for amputation.
